Who should walk me down the aisle? My father has ped away...?

I am getting married in August. My father ped away when I was 16 years old. I have 1 uncle on my mothers side and my dad's father (my grandfather) is still alive. I am fairly close to both of them. I am in a tough spot, because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Who would be the most appropriate to walk me down the aisle? A friend of mine had gave me an idea that her sister had done at her wedding, because their father has also ped, and that was putting a locket around the bouquet with a picture of my dad in it, and it would be as if he were walking me down the aisle. Please if anyone can give me their opinion, and please don't be ignorant, I am honestly saddened about what to do. Thank you.
