Can anyone help me find this site?

i cant seem to find this great website i used to know of. it had everything! its border was blue and it had lots of neat miscellaneous things. I dont know how to explain it. It had every type of ornament out there, and it was just a neat website. any ideas? i think it may have been in new york not sure though
