Is it crazy to think you are a prophet?

The belief that you are a prophet does not, by itself, mean you are crazy. However, there really is no way to be sure whether you are a prophet in your own lifetime. In the Torah/Bible/Quran, all true prophets of God are taken bodily into heaven, and do not die like the rest of us. Also, usually prophecies, especially religious ones, involve events you won't have any personal, physical knowledge of, often far in the future. When you stop wondering if you're crazy, and start believing that you and only you know the 'truth', that's when you're actually crazy. Now, you're probably just a little misled, and/or confused.
