Minnesota Vikings Quarterback situation?

Forgetting about Favre, I thought Tarvaris Jackson was the best option out of the three: Rosenfells, Webb, and Jackson. Does anyone know why he hardly got reps against the Rams and Rosenfells did? And who do you think is the best? I was thinking Jackson, but Rosenfells is making me second guess myself
