Can my commercial landlord evict me based on a false allegation made by another tenant?

bodily injury to another tenant. The false allegation was made by another tenant that wants my office space. Can I be legally evicted based on a false allegation made by another tenant? The landlord sent me an eviction notice today. There is no proof of bad behavior or any evidence of this at all. I have been a loyal tenant for 12 years and the tenant has been there for one year but the tenant despises me and they are close friends.
