I'm trying to remember a cartoon...?

All I remember is this kid walking into some scientist's lab with a monkey. I guess the monkey went crazy and broke all of the beakers and containers. The kid touched something and he kept changing diseases. There was some Ella Fitzgerald and Swine Flu and something about trying to find an animal on a Saturday.
