Don't contact him 1st. Let him come to you. If you contact him 1st, he will add you to his "collection" on FB thinking he has you on a string. Plus you will not respect yourself if you contact him 1st. Let him pursue you. I know it is hard to wait when you like someone. But if you wait and he doesn't contact you, then you know he wasn't that interested. You don't want to be added to his "stable".
