What is happening to me? Psychological Help?

Actually writing things down can be very theutic. I've somewhat diagnosed myself as clinically depressed so I know how it feels. I have had relationship issues, family issues, drug usage issues, etc. What you really need to do is take a step back. Don't psychoyze yourself. It could be even more detrimental to your emotional health. It feels like ****. I truly know how you feel. 100%. Even now, I feel numb and burnt out. I know it's hard to think of something that may make you happy, so try something thrilling and/or life changing. Go skydiving. Travel somewhere. I know you don't have a lot of money, so you say, so perhaps a good option is joining the Peace Corps. That's what I want to do. If you can't help yourself, help other people. You will most likely find that it will instill a change within your own being. Good luck, I truly hope you find happiness, friend.
