Macbook (Not Pro) gaming?

If I have the white macbook, 2.2 GHz, 4gb Ram, 250gb hard drive, Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor with 144MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory, will I be able to play basic games that may include halflife, and WoW? I mean if it will work (graphics in medium to best) then what is the point of the Pro? If I have 4gb of memory can the graphics take more shared memory?
