Is it normal to be worried about move for new job?

I have accepted a job in Dallas that starts in June. I've never lived outside of my hometown and I'm extremely nervous. Is it normal to go from complete excitement and anticipation, to fear and doubt, from hour to hour and day to day before a new career and move?
