I am looking for opinions on Verizon Wireless for my cell phone provider....?

We're a Verizon family: my oldest daughter and oldest sister work for Verizon. I've never had any other kind of landline or cell phone service. But I like my cell phone and the service is okay. I had a couple of issues with the customer service part getting something cleared up, and eventually did reach He Who Knows and it was straightened out. Time + Patience = Resolution. But in terms of area coverage, I had a brief glitch in Blythe, CA (on the Arizona border) which then went away. They fixed it.
