How can i help my friend is really important to me?

I have a friend and she has a daughter which her name is paula. Paula is 14 and she has always had something for older men, I have a daughter and paula tells her everything, so I was talking to my daughter last night and she told me paula had (which she was a virgin) with a 23 yrs old guy, just because he likes him and because it was his birthday. Her mom has always given what she has needed and sometime even what she wants. I want to help her forget about this dude because she doesn't like him that much but she wants and this dude don't like her, he used her because he could get anybody he wants? Why did he pick her? And what can she do to have him again? And how do I help her forget about him w/out her mother knowing or getting the dude to jail? Please and thank you! <3
