Honk Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, which Asian country has the best shopping?

I am planning a trip to one of these countries and intend to do some shopping there. Which is the best place to shop and have fun at the same time, we're gonna be on a budget though don't wanna skimp on quality. Thanx in advance :)
