definitely get a good shampoo and conditioner pair for curls. bed head foxy curls works great. make sure you buy good product. my favorite is devacurl angel but it's gel and most people prefer mousse. they work well too. it all depends on preference and the type of hair you have. make sure if you use ANY heat, use heat protectant. this is so important! another great thing to buy would be a diffuser. this thing is a lifesaver. it scrunches without all the effort. the result is natural looking beautiful curls(or waves)but with volume unlike the result of scrunching. i hope this helped:)
