Am I able to cancel a Australian Visa, Cl BN Resident P, Sub Cl 136.?

I gained the visa back in june 2006 but left the country in the december. I haven't been back since and as I understand it if I don't spend 2 years out of 5 in the country I wont be able to return. I'm trying to claim my super back and my visa needs to be canceled to proceed.
